The building is separately metered, the roof was redone in 2014, it is a EPDM Rubber Membrane roof, the foundation is concrete slab. All of the windows and mechanical (electrical, plumbing, heating) was done in between 2006-2008. There are engineered/architectural plans available for the building, however they will only be submitted during the due diligence period. There was a Phase 1 environmental done in 2006.
